Q-Do you modify the mic preamps on the Traveler/828mk2?
A-Yes, we modify all of the inputs and outputs, including the mic preamps and headphone output. We think our preamps are pretty darn good, and will compete with many high-end designs.

Q-How long is the typical turnaround time for a modification?
A-It varies. Typically it's about 3-5 days for MOTU units, but the 896 is much more labor intensive. Turnaround time for those can stretch to 7-14 days.

Q-Do you modify the Ultralite?
A-No, we no longer modify the Ultralite.

Q-Do you warranty your work?
A-Yes, we provide a two year warranty on our work.
