Effective May 30, 2025, the products listed below have reached End of Service and we are no longer able to repair or service them.
We understand that this is disappointing. Technology evolves quickly, and for all of the products listed below—some launched as recently as 2012—spare parts and specific components may be over ten years out of manufacture. This makes sourcing the replacement parts required for many repairs difficult or even impossible.
We don’t want to put customers in the position of sending us a classic unit for repair, only to wait for months while we struggle to source the replacement components required for quality service. In the event that these components are no longer available, the customer will have waited for weeks while promised a repair—only to have their unit returned in the same state they shipped it in.
